Your clay mask, in three steps
Ghassoul is mined in Morocco’s Atlas Mountains, then washed, dried and ground into a fine powder. Its name comes from the Arabic word for “to wash”, and Moroccan women have used it on their skin and hair for centuries.
Your clay mask, in three steps
1 tablespoon of ghassoul with a little water or rose water, until smooth.
Spread an even layer over clean skin. Leave for about 10 minutes, before it dries completely.
Rinse off with warm water and pat dry.
Before you buy
Is it good for oily skin?
Clay absorbs excess oil, so many people with oily skin like it. If your skin is dry, use it less often and don’t let it dry completely.
Should I let it dry?
No. Rinse it off while it’s still slightly damp. If it dries and cracks, it can leave skin feeling tight.
Can I use it on my hair?
Yes. Mix it into a thinner paste, apply to damp hair and scalp, and rinse well.
How long does delivery take, and are there customs fees?
5-8 working days.
How long does one jar last?
One 100g jar makes about 8 to 10 face masks. That’s around a month if you use it twice a week, or two months at once a week. Using it on your body or hair takes more powder, so the jar runs out faster.
